A:	Hi, it is very easy. You just should send us an email requesting refund and we will refund your deposit the same day. Then it takes 3-5 days for your bank to reflect the funds on your bank account.

MOST YARDS SAY THE CAR MUST BE PICKED UP IN 4 DAYS-HOW DOES THIS HELP?
A:	Mike, normally you will have 5 days of free storage and then the auction yard starts charging $25 per day to keep your vehicle at the secured parking lot.

A:	Our website is TRUSTe certified, you may find our information on their website. There are no export taxes that have to be paid in the US. You will have to handle tax in the UK. Please check shipping calculator to see the actual shipping costs as they vary depending on where the vehicle is located.

Q:	So I'm wondering if I bid on a vehicle and win, and I am not able to pay the full amount in the time allotted, or need 1-3 days more to pay, is there any way to arrange for that? Or if I win and not able to pay, what happens then?
A:	Nick, if the vehicle is not paid within 10 days it goes back to the auction and the winning bidder pays the re-list fee in amount of $1000 or 15% of the winning bid amount, whichever is greater.
